EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW 

WHERE IS THE BUS GOING? 

We will be leaving Michigan on July 24th and will travel to 15 states over 21 days. Each wrestling related stop will be to train with a group of wrestlers who will be waiting for us at the workout. 

WHO WILL BE SUPERVISING MY CHILD?

Coach Krause and Coach Flores will be in charge of the trip, but supporting us will be a group of  7-10 adults who will help monitor the wrestlers. Our team of chaperones will be of high moral character with you child's care, welfare, safety, and security at the forefront of our trip. 

CAN PARENTS GO
TOO?

Parents and chaperons are more than welcome to join us. We need 7-10 helpers to help cordinate meals, registration, gear sales, laundry, air port runs, event ticket coordination, and other various tasks throughout the trip. The cost of a champeron is $2,500. This includes, travel, hotel, meals, and event tickets.

HOW MUCH IS THE TRIP?

The total cost of the trip is $3,477.00.  This is an all inclusive trip and will cover meals, housing, gear, clinician fee's, and entertainment (waterparks, etc.)

WHAT DOES MY TRIP INCLUDE?

Your registration fee of $3,600 covers:

  • Housing

  • Meals

  • Gear

  • Clinician fee's

  • Entertainment (theme parks, movies, sporting events, etc)
     

Does NOT include:

personal snacks (gas station goodies, etc)

$ for buying or trading at various camps

misc. spending money

WHAT IF MY KID GETS HOMESICK?

We will have mobile devices: iphones/i-pads available to communicate. You will also be able to follow us on social media using the hashtag #battlethebus! 

If your child is the opposite and won't contact you, shoot us a text, email, or Direct Message and we'll make sure they reach out to you.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING
WHERE WILL WE BE STAYING?

We will use multiple means of housing. We have some great friends in the wrestling community who have opened their homes and facilities to us. We will primarily stay in hotels. Our hotel accommodations are being finalized, and as soon each specific location is available, we will share it, immediately. 

WHAT DO I GET IN MY GEAR PACKAGE?

Each Battle the Bus participant will receive:

  • team shoe

  • warm up suit

  • shorts

  • shirts

  • sweatshirt

  • head band

  • laundry bag

WHAT IF MY WRESTLER GETS HURT?

If your child needs professional medical attention, we will notify you. In your registration packet, you will sign a release to treat form, so we may get them the services they need. Minor injuries will be treated by our team.

  • 8-pairs of socks

  • 8-underwear

  • pillow/blanket 

  • hygiene products (toothbrush, deodorant, etc.)

  • sweatshirt/jacket

HOW DO I PAY? WHEN IS IT DUE?

A deposit of $1500.00 is due as soon as you know you want to come. After that, two more installments of $1.000 are due by July 15th, 2017 or pay in full at any time check or Credit Card.

We accept all major credit cards: There will be a 3% processing fee assessed to your payment.

MY WRESTLER TAKES MEDICATION. WHO WILL MAKE SURE HE GETS IT?

If your child needs medication or special accommodations, it will be the parents responsibility to communicate with us with your registration form. We will have a daily medication time with a signature by your wrestler.
